What is the best way to link to trip photos for my guest in the follow-up email they receive?

If you are creating photos in an online tool like Google Photos, Flickr, etc. to post trip photos for you guest, you are likely creating an individual album for each trip. Therefore, the link for each guest will be different and is not fixed or a predictable URL.

We do not currently offer the ability to send specific, customer URLs for each guest’s trip from within the software.

The email that follows up to each user uses a standard template that you determine. We have an automation queue that can be set up to prompt your Mailchimp account to prompt automated emails that are more robust if you like.

What many operators do is share a link to a landing page on their account that has each trip organized into albums and the guest knows which trip they were on (Date and time as name of album) and finds their folder to browse pics. The operator then deletes expired or aging photos after a period of time.
