What changes to my app or webform can I request?

We always endeavour to make sure your software fits your needs from the start. If you notice modifications you would like after the app release, we offer you two submissions of change requests during your first 30 days at no additional charge. There is no limit on the development time allocation, we only ask that it is up to two support requests.
We encourage rigorous testing during this time to ensure you’ve addressed everything you need. After this 30-day window has passed, you are allocated 3 hours of complimentary development time during your 12-month term which you can use to keep the app updated should your business needs change.

Further development requests will incur a quote of $90 per hour, with the minimum charge being one hour. We will always seek your approval of the quote before our developers start adding your updates.
