How do I find and recover a deleted guest record?

Lets suppose you deleted a guest by accident. Don’t panic! Fortunately we never actually remove the record from the database! We hide it from view.

You can easily find and update the guest’s status to “active” again.

To do this, use the Search functionality in your dashboard. Open your home screen and click on the Search button.

In the input field, start typing either your guest’s name or email address to initiate the search.

Your deleted guest will show up in the list with “crossed out” text.

Click on one of the guest cells to open the Edit Guest screen. Here you can once again change the guest’s Status back to either Active or Finalised in order to restore the guest record. Remember to click the Update button to save your changes.
