How do I know if my iPad is connected to the Internet to transmit records?

There is an easy way to see if your iPad is connected to the Internet and able to transmit guest records to the Admin Dashboard.

You may have noticed a little orange circle with a number on the top-right corner in your app as soon as a guest has finished the complete check-in when you are offline (no Internet connection available).

The following icons represent:

Your device is offline. The number inside an orange circle next to this icon indicates how many records still need to get submitted.

 

Your device is syncing to your Dashboard.

 

Your device is online and synced to your Dashboard.

 

An update is available on your device.
