There is an easy way to see if your iPad is connected to the Internet and able to transmit guest records to the Admin Dashboard.
You may have noticed a little blue circle with a number on the top-right corner in your app as soon as a guest has finished the complete check-in when you are offline (no Internet connection available).
That little dot has two functionalities:
- The color indicates how good or bad internet connectivity is
Red: No internet connectivity
Yellow: Limited or slow internet connectivity
Green: Connected to internet
Blue: Pending records to submit
- The number inside indicates how many records still need to get submitted.
As soon as the iPad has internet connection records get submitted, the dot will change it’s color from blue to green and the numbers clear.
