Why are my guest records not appearing in the Admin Dashboard?

While you Arrival App works offline, the app needs internet connectivity to submit guest records to your Admin Dashboard.

The most likely reason why your guest records are not appearing in your Admin Dashboard is that your iPad is not connected to the Internet.
