Why doesn’t my app work after I updated my iPad’s software

If you experiencing any issues with your Wherewolf Arrival or Departure App after an Apple iOS software update, follow the steps below:

1. Delete the app from your home screen by pressing the icon on your home screen until it starts shaking and the little ‘x’ appears to delete the app.

2. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

3. Go to Settings > General > Software update and run the newest update available.

4. Once you have updated the iPad software successfully using these instructions to install your Wherewolf App.
